One of the nice features in Vista is the ability to put gadgets on the desktop, the system comes loaded with a couple of gadgets and you can download others later from Microsoft’s web site.
Here’s the list of gadgets I am using:
- Presto’s Clock, A simple clock with the date.
- 2 Slide Show *, One with pictures of Bachir Gemayel and the other with Lebanese Army pictures.
- Feed Headlines *, From Slashdot and Naharnet.
- WeatherBug, Current weather and weather forecast for any city you want.
- Multi Meter, Shows the usage of your processors and the RAM.
- Notes *, Digital Post-its.
